Plan Commission recommends rezoning Sunrise Drive parcel for Upland Hills Health
The commission unanimously recommended that the Village Board rezone parcel #182-0871-00000 (Prairie Subdivision Lot 11, Sunrise Drive) from B-3 Village Highway Commercial to B-5 Village Office and Business Park, following a technical review summary by Ed Lilla.

The Spring Green Plan Commission voted to recommend that the Village Board approve a rezoning request from Upland Hills Health Inc. for parcel #182-0871-00000 (Prairie Subdivision Lot 11 on Sunrise Drive). Robin Reid moved to recommend approval, David Saperstein seconded, and the motion passed with all in attendance in favor. Ed Lilla summarized the technical review he completed for the request prior to the vote.
