Town Manager Frank Gervasio described the Constitution Village road-acceptance items as administrative matters stemming from the May 2026 Annual Town Meeting. Clerk Ben Sparrell moved to sign the deeds and other necessary documentation related to the road acceptance; the Select Board approved the motion on a 3-0 vote.
