Assistant Attorney Benjamin Jacobs presented the assigned board panel’s recommendations for the licensing applications listed in part three of the agenda. He named specific items before the board: "Under section 24A, Alan Quig, a three-year renewal. Under section 53B, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company qualifying officer Nicholas Corson Esquire three-year renewal," Jacobs stated.
