The Clinton County Conservation Board approved moving forward with WHKS options 1 and 2 — an hourly study of project management and disposal alternatives — with a 3–1 vote; the firm also proposed a separate lump-sum bathymetric survey for $8,500.

The Clinton County Conservation Board voted July 21 to proceed with initial planning steps for a Rock Creek dredging project, approving WHKS’s proposed Options 1 and 2 after a presentation by Meghan Funke of WHKS. Karen Bradway moved to approve the work and Brian Grell seconded; the motion carried 3 votes to 1, with Brian Tugana voting no.
