Quarryville Borough Council voted unanimously May 11 to give conditional approval to the Stoner Estates lot add‑on plan affecting 209, 215 and 223 East State Street. The motion, made by Councilman Devin Groff and seconded by Councilwoman Diane Hastings, references letters from ELA (April 8, 2026), Solanco Engineering (April 10, 2026) and two letters from Josele Cleary dated January 17 and February 9, 2026.
