At the April 14 meeting, Perry Township recorded a complaint about ‘‘a large amount of scrap/refuse on the Campbell property along Wades Run’’ that meeting minutes say is moving closer to the creek and washing downstream during high water, creating an environmental hazard. The complaint was entered into the meeting record; the minutes do not name the complainant.
