Councilperson Amber Barker moved and Councilperson Miranda Selby seconded placing Bill No. 2026-027 on first read by title only. The ordinance authorizes an agreement with Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc., of Joplin, Missouri for engineering and inspection services related to the Austin Blvd. Sidewalk project. Mayor Carol Branham read the title and the first read passed by roll call with Councilperson Bill Miles recording the sole Nay vote.
