The Task Force reviewed and finalized the Community Vision Survey and set specific outreach actions. Township Manager Dan Boyle was assigned to consult the newsletter publisher about including the survey as a mail-back centerfold, and to coordinate sending a flyer with a QR code to residents on the township email list; Task Force members from the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, and Historical Commission were asked to share the flyer with HOAs and resident contacts.
