Eric Long reported staff will begin working on permitting for the Pelican Sound gatehouse renovation project and will coordinate with RG Architects to provide building elevations in a clean format. Charlie Krebs said the Village of Estero provided the application and noted the Limited Development Order (LDO) and other permit steps that may affect timing.
