Lynden council approves higher ambulance utility fee for 2026
The City Council approved Resolution 25-1132 raising the Ambulance Utility fee to $20 per unit for 2026, a move projected to generate about $1.8 million and increase cost recovery by roughly $775,000; council added $2 increases for 2027 and 2028 and the motion passed 7-0.
