The committee set the evening ceremony start at 6 p.m. and plans candle lighting once it becomes sufficiently dark, roughly between 7:15 and 7:30 p.m. "The evening will start at 6 and then we plan on doing the candle lighting around 7:15 7:30," the committee chair stated while reviewing the timeline.
