On July 16, 2025 the commission tabled multiple River Pointe Logistics Center items — subdivision, final land development plan, and Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 6 final plans — each on unanimous 3-0 votes; submissions date back to Sept. 18, 2023 with official action expirations Sept. 21, 2025.

The Upper Mount Bethel Township Planning Commission on July 16, 2025 tabled several agenda items related to the River Pointe Logistics Center LLC. Commissioners recorded motions to table the Final Subdivision (roadway & infrastructure), the Final Land Development Plan (roadway & infrastructure), and final land-development plans for Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 6. Each table motion was recorded as carried 3-0.
