The Planning Commission approved an amendment to a major use permit that regularizes Tree Walker Inc.'s use of an existing commercial lot for office administration and equipment parking. Staff described the C3‑zoned site, screening requirements along the highway and South Auburn frontage, and conditioned the project to prevent equipment from being staged parallel to the highway; staff recommended categorical exemptions under CEQA §§15301 and 15332 and adoption of findings.
