The Scott County Board of Supervisors voted to update General Policy 36 (Private Drainage Construction) to reflect modified fees tied to inflationary costs and to clarify how owners and occupants are to be notified of hearings. The Board also amended General Policy 41 (Special Assessment Policy Relating to the Rehabilitation of Roadways within Urbanized Areas) to clarify eligible project types, types of improvements, and special-assessment notification procedures (Resolution 169-2026).
