Board approves $25,375 from Open Space Fund for Preserve permitting

Manager Graziano told the board the permit package for the Preserve requires three checks: a $1,500 filing fee payable to the NCCD/Clean Water Fund, a $21,775 service fee payable to NCCD, and a $2,100 disturbed-acreage fee payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania/Clean Water Fund — "Total of $25,375, which will come out of Open Space Fund."
