The Selectboard reviewed recommended language from the Planning Commission and moved to replace existing Section 13-13 that governs the use of town sidewalks for dining. Murphy told the board the proposed language would replace the existing section entirely and said "Christos appears to be ADA compliant and accommodates the additional space required by the Town's ordinance."
