Staff told the task force that a solid‑waste workshop will be scheduled in January to evaluate options for future service delivery, including whether to grow the village operation or piggyback on larger contracts. Staff said the analysis will include cost/benefit forecasts, vehicle and apparatus costs, workforce implications and the question of maintaining backyard pickup.
