Council members returned to unfinished business Dec. 1 to address ongoing issues with PPL utility poles that the minutes trace to 2022–23. The council reaffirmed its desire to obtain a map of the borough’s poles, and Secretary Diane Gomola was assigned to send a written request to PPL to obtain that information.
