Council hears updates on well project, generator plans and parking study

Special Projects Coordinator Colleen Coleman told the council the well project is nearing substantial completion; initial water samples tested clean and final Oregon Health Authority review and punch-list work are pending. Coleman reported that generator design and pricing are underway and that a permanent generator for Well 4/Well 5 is planned through USDA funding.
