Village staff presented a draft master-services agreement that would consolidate Bartlett's existing ALPR contracts and add five new license-plate readers, with a one-year initial term and two automatic renewals. The packet said the village would retain ownership of its data, Flock would be required to exercise "reasonable care," and the contract initially specified 30-day data retention; staff noted the contract cost would be covered by equitable-sharing funds.
