Mayor Brim announced that Jordan Landing has pulled its PILOT (payment-in-lieu-of-taxes) application following an OCIDA public hearing on Jan. 30, 2026. He said owner Pat Rock withdrew the application 'until everyone is more comfortable with the deal.'
