The council unanimously approved a development agreement for the Beck Farm subdivision on Aug. 19 that formalizes a donated park area and sets a phasing sequence for improvements. Staff said the east half of the park is already dedicated with this portion of the plat; the west half will be dedicated after the east is completed, and the agreement specifies adding the park to the city’s master plan and capital improvement plan to pursue grant funding.
