The Fort Bend ISD Board of Trustees voted 6-0 Sept. 15 to accept the TASB HR Compensation Study and to authorize district staff to develop a phased implementation plan to address identified priorities such as internal equity adjustments, market alignment strategies and updates to stipend structures. The motion was made by Mrs. Angie Wierzbicki and seconded by Dr. Shirley Rose‑Gilliam.
