The Board conducted a second reading by title only of Bill No. 2025‑17, an ordinance to amend Section 410.120 by adding definitions for condominium and cluster developments. The roll call vote recorded ayes from all seven present aldermen and the ordinance was sent to the mayor for signature and became Ordinance Number 2.214.
