The Wilson County Board of Zoning Appeals approved a 5-foot variance for an accessory structure that now sits 3 feet from the house at 6290 Mersboro Road following recent renovations. Staff said the wellhouse had been remodeled and enlarged, so it was no longer grandfathered and no permit was found, but the board considered the encroachment minor.
