Peer 360 says outreach far exceeded targets, highlights harm-reduction work

Peer 360 reported 3,299 person-to-person engagements, 194 transportation services and distribution of 7,690 harm-reduction supplies under opioid-settlement funding and asked for community support for an upcoming Recovery by the Bay event.

Joel Henseler, a Peer 360 representative, told the Bay County Board that the organization exceeded its outreach goals under opioid-settlement funding. "The target was 250; I actually had 3,299 engagements," Henseler said, and added the work included 194 rides for clients, 274 confirmed referrals, and distribution of 7,690 harm-reduction supplies including Narcan.
