Council Flags Catch Basin Repair, Tree Trimming and Signs County Aid Request for Street Lighting
Maintenance staff reported a damaged catch basin at Route 6 and South Main Street, recommended tree trimming on Woods Road and shoulder work ahead of road improvements; council authorized signing a County Aid reimbursement request for street lighting.

Maintenance employee Tim Pie told the council that the catch basin at the corner of Route 6 and South Main Street needs to be fixed; Mark Costello said he would contact the company that installed it. Tim also reported heavy snow-plowing activity in January and recommended trimming trees on Woods Road and cutting shoulders before road improvements.
