Andres Mantilla of Uncommon Bridges updated the Board on stakeholder meetings and previewed a draft strategic plan that includes a vision and mission, five strategic priorities, and draft goals and objectives. Mantilla presented proposed core values developed from stakeholder feedback, listing "accountability, transparency, responsible government, collaboration, service, innovation, leadership, resilience, and workforce & people." Commissioners thanked staff and the consultant and asked that the draft be distilled into measurable action items that departments can implement.
