Borough Manager James Whitall presented the draft Snow Emergency Plan to Council, describing it as based on lessons from the borough's recent storm response. "It was compiled based on best practices and learned lessons from the snow storm earlier this year and will serve as the framework for future snow response efforts," Whitall said.
