Land Board approves $26,152 easement package affecting four counties

The Land Board approved an easement package presented by Director Castor of the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, which the director said "the easements before you today are detailed in your packet" and that "the total easement package value is $26,152 which will benefit the common schools, MSU Eastern, Western, and the Public Land Trust." The easements were described as private access roads, a private access bridge, a utility easement and a lagoon affecting Shoto, Gallatin, Garfield and Granite counties.
