During the meeting Chad, presenting the detention-division quarterly report, said the jail's peak population for the period was about 265 inmates, with a rated bed capacity of 454—roughly a 57% occupancy rate. He said the division recorded 1,481 bookings and 1,384 releases in the quarter and reported two inmate-on-inmate assaults and three uses of chemical agent; there were two suicide attempts during the period.
