A representative for the applicant, civil engineer Joe Flaxbeard of Lamper, described a minor plat and reconfiguration of lot lines in Iron Bluff Replat 4 to enable a new master plan and a new developer. Staff said the mixed‑use acreage remains consistent with the city master plan and a prior master‑plan amendment.
