The Omaha City Council approved the preliminary plat for Cunningham View, a 72-acre residential master plan in the southwest area near 78th and State Streets. Applicant Brent Beller told the council the plan would include about 155 single-family lots, 73 townhome-type lots on the outer rim and between 110 and 130 multifamily units in the center; the site currently lies outside city limits and the developer plans to use a Special Improvement District (SID) for infrastructure.
