Rocky Ridge hears Central Utah Project update; treated water via Santaquin seen as most economical

Andy Allred said the Salem Canal enclosure could conserve roughly 8,000 acre-feet; Rocky Ridge could receive treated culinary water through Santaquin to avoid building a local treatment plant.
