Representatives Amy and Natalie, appearing for Key Construction, requested an extension of an existing site-plan approval and said they were coordinating the request with the Zoning Board of Appeals. Planning staff confirmed the petition was timely and coordinated with the ZBA’s schedule. The board moved, seconded and approved a motion to set a public hearing on the extension for Oct. 7; the board recorded the voice vote in favor.
