Gloucester County authorized Resolution 56419 to enter a contract with NEUMO Group, LLC from Jan. 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2030 in an amount not to exceed $400,000. The board also approved Resolution 56420, a contract with Clear Channel Outdoor, LLC from Feb. 9, 2026 to Sept. 8, 2026 for $48,837.50.
