Following a closed session on personnel and security, the La Pryor ISD board approved the evaluation committee's recommended candidate for RFP #25-07-21 for armed security services by a 7–0 vote.

After adjourning to closed session under Texas Government Code sections 551.071 and 551.074 to discuss personnel and security matters, La Pryor ISD trustees reconvened and approved the evaluation committee's recommended candidate for RFP #25-07-21 for armed security services. Trustee Anthony Gallegos moved the approval and Trustee Eric Dube seconded; the motion passed 7–0.
