Channelview Independent School District trustees heard a presentation July 28 from Huckabee representatives Susan Wisa and Phyllis Grissom outlining a long-range facilities plan and proposed projects for a possible 2026 Bond Election and a potential Voter-Approval Tax Rate Election.
