The Rains ISD Board of Trustees did not act on a proposed law enforcement interlocal agreement at the Oct. 13 meeting. Superintendent Joe Nicks told trustees that the item is being finalized by both parties and that the agreement should be available for review and approval at the November meeting; the board tabled the item.
