The Rio Blanco County Board of County Commissioners found the bids received for the County Road 33 private-property Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) project to be incomplete or significantly over the estimated cost. The board approved a motion to 'no-bid' (reject) the current bids and then approved a separate motion to reopen the procurement to solicit new bids.
