Beaver Borough Council voted unanimously on March 11, 2025, to approve the Mulchay Plan of Lots Subdivision conditioned upon satisfying all requirements cited in the Borough Engineer's letter dated March 6, 2025. The motion was made by Roberta Good and seconded by Todd Hindman.
