The Village of Cold Spring on March 25 authorized the mayor to execute documents to acquire two parcels at 260 and 261 Lakes Surprise Road from seller Rita Sue Seagull, concluding the purchase is integral to access, safety and protection of the village's upper dam and drinking-water supply.
