The Historic District Review Board approved a roof‑mounted solar installation for 197–199 Main Street with modifications to the conduit routing. Jared Landsman of Venture Solar represented the applicant; the proposal includes 46 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall mounted on the roof. The board required the conduit be redirected from the ridge/corner to the edge of the roof line and approved the application as modified.
