The Village of Cold Spring Historic District Review Board voted to approve a sign replacement and related door treatments for 41 Chestnut Street during its April 21 meeting. Vice Chair Lauren Wallis Hall moved to approve the application; K. Sevilla seconded. The motion passed, 4-0-1 (Todd Seekircher abstained).
