Presenters summarized the EDCs’ proposed 2027 program changes filed Aug. 1: relatively small edits to program manuals and disclosure forms aligned with contractor compliance working‑group recommendations, and no fee change proposed by Eversource while UI proposed new application and meter fees ($240 and $358). "Really the only significant change that we had included in that 8/1 filing were edits to the customer disclosure form," Eversource's RS manager said.
