Cold Spring swears in an associate justice to local court

The Village of Cold Spring formally swore in an associate justice during its March 4 workshop meeting. The appointee recited the oath to support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of New York and to faithfully discharge the duties of associate justice.
