Planning council backs restoring 'multi-use' designation in 2040 comprehensive plan
Bannock County planning staff asked the council to recommend restoring the multi-use (MU) designation to Figure 7 of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan to align the plan with a new ordinance and avoid an extensive takings analysis; the council voted 3–0 to forward the recommendation to county commissioners.
