Florence County Council approved Ordinance No. 22-2025/26 on third reading at its Jan. 15 meeting, authorizing execution and delivery of a fee agreement between the county and Pearl Solar, LLC and affiliates to replace the county’s 2020 Pearl Solar fee agreement. The ordinance is authorized pursuant to Chapter 44 of Title 12 of the South Carolina Code of Laws and was published for a public hearing before the vote.
