Sumner County highway commissioners adopt Ridge Hill Road as county road
The commission voted unanimously March 3 to add roughly 1,000 feet of Ridge Hill Road (a former city street de-annexed in 2022) to the county road system. Road Superintendent Toby Ellis said he is "not opposed to accepting it as county road again" and staff will coordinate a formal process with CTAS.

The Sumner County Highway Commission voted unanimously March 3 to adopt Ridge Hill Road as a county road, moving the roughly 1,000-foot dead-end segment formerly inside Millersville back into county maintenance.
