Matt, a county weights‑and‑measures presenter, walked supervisors through how gasoline‑pump testing works and what inspectors look for. "The total number of retail fuel establishments in the county is 62," he said, adding that inspectors test five‑gallon measures and that a dispenser is in compliance if results fall within plus or minus 6 cubic inches (about 3.3 ounces). The presentation also covered E85 and diesel testing and physical checks of pump signage and tamper seals.
